- Perform calculations and operations with mathematical data.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools and devices in the manufacturing of tanks or heaters.
- Apply standard welding techniques for the purpose of joining and repairing metal and other weld material.

- Must possess a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Must have three (3) years' experience in a welding capacity.
- Must be self-motivated, able to follow directions, and work independently and as a team-player.
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment on a customary and regular basis.
- Must be deadline driven and possess a strong work ethic.
- Must possess reading, writing, and basic math skills to understand product descriptions, document activities and communicate deficiencies.
- Capacity to handle sudden changes in project/priority and multiple tasks simultaneously in a positive fashion is necessary.

Qualifications
The Industrial Welder/Fitter will be able to perform ASME quality in one or more of the following disciplines; Stick (SMAW), Flux Core (FCAW) and/or Tig (GTAW). Position will be responsible for reading and interpreting P&ID's and blueprints in order to join, fit, fabricate and assemble tanks and/or heaters to project specifications.
