Overview

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Full-time (4-5 days per week) in facilities throughout
Appleton, WI and surrounding areas.

* up to a $5000 sign-on bonus

Mobile Hygienest
Flexible schedules
No evening or weekend hours

Full administrative support team
Permanent position (no contracts)
Day 1 health insurance coverage for full-time providers

HealthDrive delivers on-site dentistry, optometry, podiatry, audiology, and behavioral health services to residents in long-term care, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

The Dental Hygienist will provide general dental hygiene services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

Provides routine dental cleanings.
Conducts x-ray utilizing a digital x-ray unit.
Adheres to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipment on a daily basis.
Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be willing to drive up to 90 minutes one-way within a designated territory.

Qualifications

RDH
State professional license
Valid driver's license
Dental hygiene background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management and evaluation of dental hygiene.
Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to use email, the internet and to learn other healthcare related software.
