Position Summary:

As an Optometrist at Sam's Club, you'll provide evidence-based vision care to ensure the health and well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will include recommending and prescribing medications and treatment options, delivering routine vision care, educating patients on eye health, and coordinating patient care plans with other health professionals.

• Evaluate patients' health condition to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment
• Represent the company in vision care and patient engagement
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain patient information accurately and confidentially
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and company guidelines
• Work with internal and external stakeholders for integrated patient care experience

The annual salary range for this position is $100,000.00-$200,000.00, with additional compensation through performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zones.
