    Why This Role Matters and Responsibilities:
    The residential energy sector in California is evolving, leading homeowners to rethink their energy sources. The incorporation of backup batteries has become essential for efficient home power supply. Some competitors overlook this, causing homeowners to face additional costs with utility reliance.

    Aveyo sees this as a chance to elevate industry standards by educating homeowners about the variety of available batteries and their benefits in meeting their energy requirements.

    In this role, you will be in charge of generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Utilize your exceptional communication and sales skills to introduce potential customers to the perks of solar energy solutions. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and customer happiness.

    Who We Are Looking For:
    We need someone who can:
    • Engage in active sales consultations by establishing genuine connections through door-to-door methods, sparking interest, and building relationships with homeowners.
    • Conduct comprehensive sales consultations with homeowners, effectively explaining the many benefits of adopting solar solutions and integrating backup batteries into their homes.
    • Embrace teamwork by actively engaging in meetings, sharing valuable ideas to drive collective success.
    • Create and execute a customized customer service strategy to not just meet but exceed client expectations, leaving a positive impact after every interaction.
    • Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets, demonstrating dedication to achieving objectives with professionalism and excellence.


    Requirements:
    • Ideally hold an active HIS (Home Improvement Salesman) license, but not mandatory.
    • Minimum of 1 year in sales or customer service.
    • Flexible full-time availability up to 40 hours weekly.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual proficiency is a plus.
    • Completion of relevant sales and technician training programs.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


    COMPENSATION:
    Salaries are experience-dependent and will be discussed in further detail during the interview process.
