- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions.
- Experience in an electronic-mechanical assembly environment.
- Familiarity with PCBA's assembly processes.
- Knowledge of IPC J-STD and IPC-A-610 standards.
- Perform electronic and mechanical assembly using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
- Build cable assemblies through soldering, crimping, and wiring techniques.
- Construct frames and other sub-assemblies using various hardware components.
- Execute basic touch-up using a soldering iron, hand tools, and electronic devices on less complex processes.
- Follow verbal/written instructions including blueprints, assembly layouts, drawings, and wiring schematics for assembly tasks.
- Ensure workflow is productive while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
- Engage in effective preparation, execution, problem-solving, processing activities while maintaining efficiency.
- Accurately report labor hours, activities, improvement opportunities, issues, and safety concerns in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety guidelines; report unsafe conditions promptly.
- Maintain standard average of assembly speed without compromising product quality.
- Keep work area clean; ensure equipment is well-maintained.
