The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of fiscally sound,well maintainedand socially healthy multifamily housing communities

An excellent communicator problem solver ability to maximize property performance meet budget goals If you are passionate about helping others knowledgeable of real estate management we have the right opportunity for youAt Sherman we pride ourselves on hiring resident-focused skilled property management talent who strive to lead community operations This role will provide regional support to our market/luxury portfolio in Twin Cities Essential Functions Leadership Oversees multi-site portfolio consisting affordable market rate multi-family mixed-use developments Provides direction financial performance goals actively maintains budgetary control restraint Assists with development effective resident retention program Works agency financial partners site staff creating plans preserving sites long-term affordability Represents site corporation public agencies community Conducts annual performance reviews direct reports Holds monthly staff meetings discuss global issues provides global insight motivates Provides written feedback regarding site visits outline goals improving property performance implementing corrective actions Hires trains mentors property managers all aspects operations Financial Prepares annual budget each property portfolio Meets department benchmarks occupancy collections NOI capital improvements Ensures timely accurate submission reports payables Trains Property Manager sound fiscal management fiscal responsibility Provide leadership insure successful lease-up stabilization new rehabilitated development Property Management Assess physical condition properties makes recommendations capital needs keeps owner advised major maintenance issues projects Working knowledge federally assisted housing regulations audit files train site managers needed Partner Commercial Management insure successful leasing operation commercial tenants Compliance Negotiates reviews abides all terms Management Agreements Collaborates Project Management Asset Accounting Compliance departments adhere contract requirements meet performance milestones Monitors properties compliance HUD rules regulations Develops disseminates procedures ensure compliance Sherman Associates policies procedures Other duties assigned Supervisory Responsibility Supervises coaches directs trains evaluates onsite staff Prepares conducts employee reviews completes timecard approvals Minimum Requirements 5-7 years experience leading multifamily real estate portfolio 200+ units or 2-3 years experience bachelor degree business administration housing policy real estate construction management related fields Advanced understanding Affordable Housing Programs CRM CAM COS professional certification preferred Excellent verbal written presentation skills Ability communicate effectively community tenants vendors external parties corporate divisions Passion mission vision values Sherman Associates Knowledge Real Page related Property Management software Yardi Lead2Lease RealPage OneSite etc Excellent verbal written presentation skills Analytical capability methodical approach presenting interpreting data Solid skills training mentoring motivating site managers sta
