Job summary

We are seeking a hands-on Help Desk Analyst to join a growing internal IT team during a critical transition from third-party support to in-house operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for end users across hardware, software, and SaaS platforms
  • Manage and resolve tickets through a centralized ticketing system, meeting SLA expectations
