    JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are in search of an entry-level Associate Engineer to join our Power & Water Solutions business.

    Power & Water Solutions is an industry-leading controls automation company that focuses on providing applications in the renewable (solar, hydro, wind), fossil (natural gas and coal) power generation, and water treatment plants sectors.

    We focus on upgrading existing plant control systems with industry-leading automation controls and instrumentation to promote the sustainability and longevity of our North American power grid and wastewater infrastructure.

    Prepare and maintain engineering plans and schedules
    Design, simulate, and test renewable power control applications for solar, battery, and wind generation assets
    Process electronic databases with industry standard communication protocols and hardwired I/O signals
    Support customer Factory Acceptance Tests
    Support site commissioning and Site Acceptance Tests
    Initiate requisitions for project purchases and manage subcontractors
    Lead the design, test, and shipment(s) of project hardware
    Provide suggestions for improvements of products or processes
    Manage time effectively to meet schedule/commitments
    Develop and maintain customer relationships
    Monitor project financial performance

    In This Role, You Will Need:
    Bachelor of Science in Engineering, technical discipline, or equivalent

    0-2 years of experience
    Willing and able to travel up to 30% domestically
    Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
