    Overview
    This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible.

    The Occupational Therapist performs evaluations, establishes goals, and plans the Occupational Therapy treatment programs referred by a physician.

    The candidate provides direct patient care and provides treatments focused on improving or restoring a patient's ability to function at maximum levels of independence with skills basic to living.

    A. Education

    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant curriculum
    B. Experience

    • Knowledge of the occupational therapy profession as normally acquired through academic experience, clinical affiliations, and/or previous work experience in the field
    • Demonstrated competence in the care of populations served which may include neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
    C. Licensure

    • Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) from the state of Georgia
