    One of America's largest retailers is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Director to spearhead marketing endeavors and drive growth for products.

    This pivotal leadership role offers an exciting opportunity within our rapidly expanding environment, positioning you as a key member of the company's marketing team.

    Your primary responsibilities will include crafting product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, facilitating seamless collaboration between product and marketing teams.

    The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer insights, innovative product development, brand positioning, and effective cross-functional collaboration with product strategy and development, marketing communications, and operations.

    Develop and refine a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy, detailing customer acquisition, retention, and go-to-market initiatives, and oversee its execution to drive new and recurring revenue and overall growth.

    Support the creative development of campaigns, ensuring accuracy in feature, benefit, and claims representation.

    Evaluate and analyze product revenue performance and marketing activities, recommending enhancements and evolution, while identifying opportunities for incremental growth.

    Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
    Lead the development of consumer personas and segmentation strategies.

    Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with the performance marketing team to iterate and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition cost (CAC), improve customer lifetime value (LTV), and increase overall acquisition volume.

    Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success and impact of marketing initiatives.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
    ~8+ years of experience in product marketing, encompassing messaging, positioning, and communications strategy, preferably within the direct-to-consumer industry.
