Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science, with extensive expertise in Medicare and value-based care models. As the Director of Actuarial Services, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing actuarial strategies to drive our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the actuarial team in developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts for Medicare and value-based care initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance and insights to senior leadership based on actuarial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate value-based care programs.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in actuarial methodologies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation preferred, ASA required.
• 8+ years of experience in actuarial roles within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Medicare and value-based care.
• Deep understanding of healthcare financing, reimbursement methodologies, and risk adjustment mechanisms.
• Proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and project management.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in actuarial software and statistical tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
