    **Position Objective:**

    The Drilling Specialties (DSCo) organization has an opening for an OE Service Quality Coordinator. The incumbent will be committed to Operational Excellence (O.E.), Service Quality (S.Q.) and Process Improvement/Flow. Demonstrated skills in morganizing and executing multifaceted supply chain work in a fast-paced environment is required. Analysis of Logistics along with Sustainability of products and buying strategies is a main focal point of the position. Significant interaction with the business unit technical staff, sales staff, suppliers, corporate compliance, and the OE group will be required.

    **Role & Responsibilities:**

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and objectives. Respond quickly to O.E. and S.Q. requirements

    + Critically analyze each section of the business process. Any opportunities for improvement to be executed with management of change for the betterment of the operation.

    + Identify new Transport methods in coordination with the Supply Chain Analyst for lower landed cost opportunities

    + Regularly monitor the agreement documents, any changes in terms and conditions.

    + Under supervision of Supply Chain manager, prepare RFQs.

    + Identify cost optimization opportunities.

    + Foster close working relationships with Technical and Sales department

    + Provide ongoing analyses of in such areas as transportation costs, procurement, or delivery processes.

    + 3rd Party Compliance and Service oversight

    + Raw Material Quality Control

    + Lead and Manage PBD (Performance by Design)

    + Preparation, communication and monitoring of O.E. and S.Q. plans

    + Reviewing and controlling Company O.E. and S.Q. standards implementation.

    + Tracking of each portion of end to end (E2E) supply chain for conformity

    + Develop reporting tools to track KPIs along with weekly and monthly reports.

    **Qualifications Required:**

    + Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience, or minimum 7 years applicable work experience, is required

    + Strong supply chain / production / financial management skills

    + Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI and SAP functions

    + Effective presentation, documentation management, and reporting skills

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    + Multi-tasking / organizational abilities

    + Strong problem-solving skills within a team environment

    **Qualifications Preferred:**

    + Drilling Specialties product knowledge and experience

    + Understanding of oil services industry requirements

    + SAP experience in MM and/or SD modules

    + Logistics services experience, including import/export

    + Proficient with EXCEL and Power BI software

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills
