    Responsible for assessing patient's condition, evaluating exam appropriateness and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients.


    Additional responsibilities include analyzing computer acquired data, archiving images to PACS, performing quality control for all equipment, and adhering to radiation safety standards.

    Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

    Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson 1400 US Highway 61 Festus, Missouri 63028 Hours/Schedule: Full-Time Days/Monday

    Mercy Qualifications:
    Education: Bachelor's degree.

    Graduation from a formal Nuclear Medicine training program is required.

    Experience: 7 years of experience as a Nuclear Med Tech in a hospital-based setting.

    Certification/Registration:
    Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or The American Registry of Radiologic Technologist

    • Nuclear (RT-N).

    Other skills & knowledge:
    Excellent communicator in written and verbal format; ability to handle complex situations; strong team player.
