Mohican will be REOPENING MAY 16TH We have been undergoing extensive renovations and are looking to hire for our Summer season.

Training will be given before opening.

Job Summary:

The Bartender at Mohican Lodge in Perrysville, Ohio will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests at our on-site restaurant and bar.

This is a full-time or part time, individual contributor role within the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for mixology and be able to provide a high level of customer service to guests.

This position offers a competitive salary of $10 per hour, paid biweekly plus tips.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at the bar
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks
Responsible for making pizzas
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Engage with guests, take orders, and make recommendations based on knowledge of menu items and personal preferences
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol
Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate service to guests
Assist with stocking and inventory of bar supplies
Provide exceptional service in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of mixology and experience creating a variety of cocktails
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Must have or be able to obtain a stateissued alcohol server permit
