    The Administrative Services Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough and insightful data analysis for budgets, data reporting initiatives and projects for multiple functions including Corporate Dining, Supplier Services and Travel.

    Workplace Designation: Due to the collaborative nature of the role, this is an onsite position in Irvine, CA.

    How you will make an impact:

    • Identify and evaluate all Administrative Services cost center budgets including performing detailed analysis on annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and accrual reporting. Provide moderately complex business justifications, analysis and propose recommendation to purchases orders and change requests. Make cost containment recommendations.
    • Identify issues and provide solutions in assessment, development, and implementation of Administrative Services data reporting initiatives with moderate complexity. Partner with team to develop reports and dashboards. Develop and document standard report templates and perform validation and testing to ensure accuracy in the processes and procedures of which the reports are used.
    • Provide guidance to stakeholders (eg Travel, Meetings & Events, Supplier Services) in assessment, process mapping, configuration and testing for various software and related processes (online ordering and reservation tools, event technology, etc).
    • Collaborate with team members in the development of materials for managing organizational change, streamlining transition, and improving adoption.

    What you'll need (Required):
    • Bachelor's Degree in in related field
    • A minimum of 3 years experience
    • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including business intelligence and analytical tools
    What else we look for (Preferred):
    • Experience with Coupa or other similar source to pay software and working with contract lifecycle management (ECLM) software
    • Good knowledge of financial concepts and principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Experience designing and innovating reports for business users
    • Moderate working knowledge of Catertrax, Concur Travel, and Cvent
    • Ability to adapt to new technologies
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to document and translate business needs into event, contract and/or system requirement
    • Process improvements, and policy changes. Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
    • Good understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing small scale project plans
    • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
    • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
    • Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key
    • contact representing the organization on contracts or projects

    • Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management

    For California, the base pay range for this position is $65,000 to $92,000 (highly experienced).
