Position Summary and Responsibilities
Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual for a Customer Service Supervisor. The Customer Service Supervisor requires strong process analysis skills, organizational and communication skills, business acumen and ability to lead a diverse team. The Customer Service Supervisor will coordinate order management accountability within their team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coach staff to employ customer service best practices.
Manage day to day staff issues.
Focus on continuous improvement.
Ensuring high level performance and task completion
Represent team to stake holders and the business.
Manage alignment of workloads, including backups
Establish escalation points and cross functional partnership.
Own order to delivery execution.
Individual and team goal management
Team member performance management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
Customer Service experience
SAP Experience
Strong interpersonal communications skills including verbal, written & presentation
Ability to work independently and demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and quality awareness.
Must demonstrate organizational / planning capabilities and have strong business focus
Should demonstrate a pro-active attitude and willingness to learn and work in teams
Able to work effectively in fast paced and changing environment
