Job Description: We're seeking a full-time Corporate Revenue Cycle Director to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses strong leadership skills, analytical and problem solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversees and streamlines the billing and collections processes.
- Ensures accurate and efficient billing procedures.
- Manages patient insurance verification and claims processing.
- Plans and implements quality assurance for all processes.
- Monitors compliance with legal and health insurance policies.
- Identifies areas for improvement and implements solutions.
- Develops, hires, and retains revenue cycle team members.
- Provides guidance and evaluates performance of personnel.
- Leads initiatives to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.
- Collaborates with other departments for seamless operations.
- Ensures timely and efficient revenue cycle performance.
- Communicates with insurance providers and negotiates payment issues.
- Assists with other tasks as requested by the manager.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- In-depth knowledge of medical billing procedures
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare finance or related field
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Preferred experience with Meditech and Cerner
