Job Summary
Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience developing and building hard-working, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000.00 – $ depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Key Responsibilities
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of scalable secure full-stack solutions using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design comprehensive software solutions.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough code reviews and optimizations.
Develop and maintain ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core web applications to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Utilize Visual Basic and C# .NET for backend service logic ensuring seamless data integration and processing.
Implement modern security protocols and practices to safeguard sensitive financial data.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in .NET development incorporating best practices to enhance application performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Work closely with stakeholders in the Asset & Wealth Management domain to understand their needs and translate them into functional software.
Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software releases.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability addressing any technical challenges in a timely manner.
Participate in Agile development processes contributing to the refinement and estimation of user stories.
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
Overall software development experience is 10+
Proven expertise in .NET Framework .NET Core and .NET Programming with both C# and VB.NET.
Strong background in developing full-stack solutions using ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.
Demonstrated experience in the Asset & Wealth Management domain is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
