    Job Title:
    Project Manager - Multi-Year Multi-Site Facilities Management Outsourcing
    Engagement


    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to
    oversee a multi-year, multi-site facilities management outsourcing engagement. The
    Project Manager will be responsible for successfully planning, executing, and delivering
    the project within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires strong
    leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate
    and collaborate with various stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for

    overseeing the following tasks:

    Responsibilities:

    Project Planning:
    Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, objectives,
    deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
    Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and
    monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure
    alignment with organizational goals.

    Sponsor Communications:
    Establish and maintain regular communication channels with project
    sponsors, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
    Ensure sponsors are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

    Project Kickoff with all participants:
    Organize and facilitate a project kickoff meeting with all project participants,
    including internal teams, clients, and vendors.
    Clearly communicate project objectives, deliverables, roles, and
    responsibilities to all stakeholders.

    Data Collection:
    Coordinate and oversee the collection of relevant data required for the
    project, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define data collection requirements and
    methodologies.

    • Overall Project Plan and

    Risk Register:
    Develop and maintain an overall project plan, including timelines,
    milestones, and dependencies.
    Create and manage a risk register, identifying potential risks and developing
    strategies to mitigate them.

    • Internal Kickoff Meeting and

    Project Plan:
    Conduct an internal kickoff meeting with the project team, ensuring
    alignment on project goals, roles, and responsibilities.
    Develop a detailed project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource
    allocation.

    Project Team Resource Identification:
    Identify and allocate resources required for the project, including internal
    team members and external vendors.
    Collaborate with resource managers to ensure availability and suitability of
    resources.

    Facilitation of Onsite Workshops:
    Organize and facilitate onsite workshops to gather requirements, align
    stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
    Ensure workshops are productive, engaging, and result in actionable
    outcomes.

    Identify Site Requirements:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify specific site requirements for each
    location involved in the project.
    Ensure site requirements are documented and incorporated into the project
    plan.

    RFP Document Review Sessions:
    Coordinate and facilitate review sessions for Request for Proposal (RFP)
    documents.
    Engage stakeholders in reviewing and providing feedback on RFP
    documents.

    Post Down-Select Executive Summary:
    Prepare an executive summary after the down-select process, highlighting
    key findings and recommendations.
    Present the executive summary to project sponsors and stakeholders.


    • In-person

    Parallel Negotiations:
    Participate in in-person parallel negotiations with vendors and stakeholders
    to finalize contract terms and conditions.
    Ensure negotiations are conducted professionally and collaboratively.

    Participation in Multi-Phase Negotiations:
    Engage in multi-phase negotiations with vendors and stakeholders to
    address any outstanding issues or concerns.
    Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contract
    compliance and alignment with project objectives.

    Final Contract Agreement and Schedules:
    Work closely with legal and procurement teams to finalize the contract
    agreement and associated schedules.
    Ensure all contractual obligations are clearly defined and agreed upon.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related
    field.
    Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in managing multi-year, multisite facilities management outsourcing engagements.
    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
