- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate client meetings and appointments, including scheduling and confirming.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
- Monitor client accounts and provide support with billing and invoicing processes.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating client events and seminars.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed to support the client service team.
- Previous experience in a client service or customer support role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
