    GENERAL ROLE OF JOB:


    The Commercial Product Manager – HealthTracks (CPMHT) will focus on execution of the commercialization to drive the short- and long-term adoption for an innovative digital diagnostics platform, contribute to defining and capturing customer requirements and aligning them with Software Product Management team in the product delivery plans, and playing a part in evangelizing products to both internal and external audiences (customers, prospects.

    partners).

    The CPMHT role will be accountable for the commercialization plan and execution with detailed, and timely project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget, on-target delivery of new products, features, and enhancements.


    The CPMHT will be a core role within the Product Commercialization team and report to Director of Preventive Care and Customer Marketing.

    The CPMHT will be on the front line of driving tactical execution for commercial efforts regarding the HealthTracks platform and related services across the Antech Diagnostics and Imaging ecosystem.

    The CPMHT will manage the commercialization of our digital diagnostics platform while contributing to key lifecycle deliverables; including but not limited to, concept, non-technical design, UAT testing, launch, product evolution, feature expansion, and decommissioning.

    Create and maintain detailed product and project plans that drive the on-time, on-target, and on-budget delivery of commercial features, services, and enhancements to Antech's customers.

    Serve as center point of commercial communication, planning, and execution around digital diagnostics platform(s), including ensuring adherence to all applicable development processes.

    Collect and interpret customer requirements through research and available market data and use it to shape products and develop long-term product roadmaps.

    Assess new feature and functionality ideas and their market viability.
    Perform detailed competitive analysis and ensure that data is understood and leveraged across the organization.
    Define product marketing strategies and objectives and work with Marketing Team to bring them to life.

    Interface with sales leadership and field sales force and provide them with product understanding to fuel sales; work with sales to collect insights from the field to shape product strategy.

    Conduct due diligence required to the commercial launch of product features; validate financial models to ensure product viability; ensure exceptional customer usability and experience; and understand market conditions relating to product launch.

    Continue professional and technical education, attending workshops, seminars, etc.
    May be asked to participate in enterprise initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION /


    EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's Degree in STEM, marketing, business, communications, or similar disciplines

    3+ years working in product management, software marketing, or similar marketing/commercialization role, ideally in the veterinary industry/animal health industry (vendors, manufacturers, diagnostics, large clinics) or other area of biotechnology.

    DVM, VMD, CVPM, LVT or CVT credentialing or similar veterinary industry experience is preferred but not required.


    REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    A personal passion for helping veterinarians and the pets in their care.

    A deep understanding of the animal health industry (either existing or quickly acquired) with a focus on diagnostics (both in-house and reference laboratory); strong understanding of customer experience focusing on practice roles (veterinarian, technician, and practice manager); the pet owner experience; and the relevant competitive landscape.

    Demonstrates experience in an agile environment.

    Maintain a complete backlog of all the commercial activities, processes, and workflows of all the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influencers and consultants.

    Should be familiar with critical product concepts such StageGate, UAT and MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
    Identify and prioritize a pareto of commercial needs.
    Excellent project management skills ensuring on-time, on-target, on-budget delivery of solutions to internal and external customers (veterinary clinics, partners).

    Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building abilities to influence and direct peers, subordinates, and superiors across a matrixed organization (i.e., the people you need to motivate often won't work for you directly and may be senior to you).

    Strong analytical abilities enabling the use of industry, customer, market, and financial data to drive decision making.

    Excellent verbal communications, written, and presentation skills – comfort presenting to groups of any size and comprised of a broad range of participants from entry level to the CEO.

    Self-motivated, confident, assertive personality.
    Excellent negotiation skills.
    Attention to detail and keeping multiple projects on time.
    Problem solver—able to anticipate roadblocks and execute solutions.
    Experience working with CRM solutions, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketing Cloud), and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    Strong MS Office skills required – including proficiency working in Excel and a mastery of PowerPoint.

    The Target Pay Range for this position is $88,200 -$110,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
