- Plan and deliver instruction to students with disabilities in inclusive and resource settings
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on students' needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other service providers to provide appropriate accommodations and modifications
- Conduct ongoing assessment of students' progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and IEP meetings
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- State licensure or certification in Special Education
- Experience teaching students with disabilities
- Knowledge of special education law and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Competitive hourly rates ($33-$36 per hour)
