- OASIS documentation to be completed within 24 hours
- At least 1 year of recent Home Health involvement
- Prior Admissions / Case Management experience is a plus
- Active North Carolina State or Compact License is mandatory
- Current BLS (AHA) certification is necessary
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation with a 24-48-hour turnaround
- Prior experience with Homecare Homebase
- Possession of a Valid Drivers License and Insurance
- Good references, clean background, and should pass a 10-panel drug screen
