who will oversee the Service Advisors and ensure that customers receive great service. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in auto service.

Service Director - Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Forecasts goals and objectives for the departments and strives to meet them
Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of the service department
Manages and leads a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
Monitors the performance of the service department
Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
Focuses on employee growth development
Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks
Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines
Works with other department managers
Serves as liaison with factory representatives
Maintains a safe work shop
Service Director - Job Requirements:
Automotive General Manager / Service Director experience is required
A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in auto service.
Automotive Dealership Experience
Automate and Xtime experience a plus
Organized and friendly personality
Self-motivated with creative problem-solving skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic understanding of business management
Valid driver's license with good driving record
