    R.D. Barnett PLLC, a leading provider of accounting and tax solutions, is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join its Client Accounting Services Team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional bookkeeping skills, with 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. QuickBooks expertise, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and familiarity with bill pay and payroll software are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monthly transactional accounting for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
    • Prepare and complete Payroll, Quarterly and Annual Payroll Reporting, and State and Local Revenue Filings
    • Anticipate client needs and respond timely and professionally to client inquiries

    The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as this role involves collaboration with the R.D. Barnett CPAs team and other stakeholders.

    We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K matching, and paid time off.
