    Duties and Responsibilities Include:

    • Strategically identify and acquire new commercial and industrial customers who generate recyclable materials.
    • Generate prospect lists through various methods, including web research, customer referrals, competitor research, cold calling, attending trade shows, and building relationships.
    • Ensure recording of all sales activities within our CRM system.
    • Effectively utilize both Cietrade, and our ERP system.
    • Meet with clients to assess the quality of materials, audit their waste and recycling procedures, procure samples, and provide recycling education.
    • Obtain product specifications and secure opportunities to quote on customer requirements.
    • Oversee logistics activities, including scheduling material pickups and deliveries, negotiating contracts with freight haulers, and ensuring timely receipt and distribution of materials.

    Qualifications, skills, and abilities we are looking for:

    • Knowledge of waste, recycling, or logistics a plus.
    • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills.
    • A minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is required.
    • Being highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective task prioritization, especially under pressure, is crucial for success in this role.
