Job summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.Duties include assisting customers with questions and recommendations,
Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets,
Keep the store well-stocked,
Ensure a positive safe environment while maintaining professional interactions with customers associates and leaders.
The job requires previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery or drug store environment
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Able to lift between 30-50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height meet demands of frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting excellent customer service relationship management skills required strong organizational communication problem-solving decision-making skills required
