- Prepare materials and relevant resources for filings undertaken by the team, including but not limited to Forms 990, UBIT, and FEC filings for PAC and PP Votes.
- Monitor and prepare state and local tax & compliance registrations and exemptions.
- Perform federal, state, and local tax research and monitor changes in laws and regulations.

This job reports to the Director of Tax & Compliance in the Finance Department of PPFA.The Finance Department provides confidence to all stakeholders in the fiscal and fiduciary responsibility of Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), Planned Parenthood Action Fund (PPAF) and its related entities, and Planned Parenthood Global (PP Global) and its related entities (collectively the Organizations) with a commitment to customer service, sound controls, compliance monitoring, and timely, accurate, and complete reporting, analysis and decision support to further the Federation's mission.
Purpose:
The Tax & Compliance Senior Specialist will monitor and prepare federal, state and local tax and compliance filings.
They will be responsible for coordinating these filings through research, internal and external communications, and data compilation to support the team's success and build the reputation of PPFA as organized and committed to its mission.
