    Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist

    We are seeking a skilled and caring Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Relational Excellence, LLC.

Our practice is designed around client needs, offering high-touch customer service, expert-level providers, and premium services with technology integration.

    Job Summary

    This role involves developing, implementing, supervising, and completing psychological assessment services for clients aged 10 and above. The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision, oversee psych associates, and ensure testing practices comply with state and federal regulatory guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement clinical services and initiatives.
    • Provide clinical supervision and training to staff.
    • Conduct intake interviews to assess client needs and select, administer, and score psychoeducational tests.
    • Interpret test findings, write comprehensive assessment reports, and communicate results to clients.
    • Manage assessment examiners, provide case consultation, and maintain documentation systems.
    • Serve as the point of contact for assessment questions and concerns and resolve client grievances.

    Requirements

    Candidates must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical, school, or developmental psychology from an accredited college or university and be licensed in Maryland by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years of experience administering, interpreting, and communicating assessment results.

    Salary

    $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
