    Qualifications: The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

    • Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing workload effectively.
    • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate respectfully and compassionately with parents, students, and staff.
    • Proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
    • Completion of a 4-year college degree in business or a related field.
    • Preferred HR training or certification.
    • Knowledge of business practices, HR research, and local, state, and federal laws.

    Responsibilities: The responsibilities for Human Resources (HR) include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Strategic Planning:
      • Assist with employee contracts.
      • Assist in planning for short-term and long-term staffing needs.
      • Support recruitment, selection, orientation, and initial reviews.
      • Complete background checks.
    • Training and Development:
      • Administer mandatory staff training
      • Recommend additional training for staff as needed.
      • Maintain job descriptions across campus.
    • Compensation and Benefits Packages:
      • Negotiate, maintain, and advise on the school's health benefits.
      • Advise on salary ranges.
      • Research and recommend additional benefits.
      • Coordinate worker's compensation.
    • School Policies:
      • Inform new hires and current employees of school policies and procedures.
      • Maintain policy acknowledgment forms.
      • Stay informed of changing labor laws and requirements.
      • Maintain compliance posters across campus.
    • Personnel Files:
      • Establish and maintain employee files.
      • Update government forms for compliance.
      • Maintain background checks.
      • Complete employment verification requests.
    • Payroll:
      • Process, record, verify, and transmit all payroll data to the external payroll processing company.
      • Verify payroll and submit paychecks for authorized signature.
      • Disburse payroll checks to appropriate directors or administrators.
      • Record payroll expenses, taxes, and fees.
      • Maintain and record staff attendance records and personnel files.
