    Sales Order Entry Specialist

    Omni Aerospace is a leading aerospace manufacturer and aircraft parts supplier located in Wichita, KS. We are a precision manufacturer and distributor of Machined, Electrical, and Electro-Mechanical Components and systems. Omni Aerospace is seeking an experienced Sales Order Entry Specialist to join our team.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Enters sales orders into ERP system
    • Maintains customer forecasts in ERP system
    • Processes and scans shipping documents
    • Prepares and sends invoices to customers
    • Maintains approved vendors list
    • Prepares commissions reports
    • Performs sales order audits
    • Performs other duties as requested
    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • 1 - 3-years sales order entry or related experience preferred
    • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and .pdf editing
    • Familiarity with navigating the internet
    • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably JobBOSS or similar system
    • Problem solving skills
    • Self-motivated and organized
    • Teamwork and the ability to work with diverse people and groups is required
    • 10-key helpful
