    Sr.

    Property Accountant (Hybrid $120k/year + bonus)An SEC Registered Investment Adviser manages private equity real estate investments and provides real estate services for domestic and international clients and is looking for a qualified Sr.

    Property Accountant responsible for assisting the Fund Controller for U.S. Real Estate Investment Fund, LLC in preparing quarterly and year-end Fund financial statements.

    Maintain/reconcile general ledgers and work papers.
    Record journal entries.
    Prepare special reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarize information and trends.
    Requirements And SkillsBS degree in Accounting/Finance.
    High proficiency in Excel software.
    Must have at least three years of experience in real estate accounting.
