    Job Description

    TAFT and our Mens division is seeking a dynamic?Account?Manager to join our team We want a candidate that thrives in a high growth environment and has a demonstrated a track record of success.     Responsibilities

    • Manage/Direct/Develop team of account Managers
    • Drive sales across book of retailers
    • Create marketing opportunities and promotions with retailers to drive sales and impressions
    • Develop strategic plans across current retailers and categories to identify opportunities for sales and margin growth
    • Foster relationships with Retailer Key Stakeholders (Sr Management, Buyers, Operations, Marketing)
    • Analyze internal reporting and external benchmarks to make better decisions on
    • Identify new areas of opportunities- new retailers and new liquidation strategies
    • Vet potential service providers that could build efficiencies within our business
    • Communicate potential sales driving or margin enhancing ideas
    • Work with Marketing team on creating budgets for marketing spend

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors or Masters Degree in professional sales or related field
    • 10 + years of experience in retail and wholesale
    • Ability to navigate planning and reporting systems (Data Warehouse, PowerBI, Tableau)
    • Retail math and financial acumen.
    • Strong Excel Skills
    • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Great communication skills
    • Project management skills
    • Organized, detail oriented, takes initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently
    • Pass a full criminal background check
