The Wellness & Prevention Center is a unique organization located in San Clemente, CA, dedicated to helping youth lead healthier lives. From its humble beginnings as a school-based drop-in center, the organization has grown to provide mental health services in schools and the community, educate the community about mental health and addiction, and lead a federally funded Drug-Free Community Coalition. The center aims to prevent youth from engaging in unhealthy activities and works towards creating a safe and supportive environment for adolescents.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Generalist at the Wellness & Prevention Center. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day HR tasks and supporting HR management. This includes implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. While this role is primarily located in San Clemente, CA, there is flexibility for some remote work.
