Care Coordinator:
Act as direct contact for patients through their recommended proceduresApply sales aptitude to overcome barriers or hesitations, in order to move patients forward in their journey Manage cancellation and no-show, giving personalized attempts for reschedulePrep all Sinus CT Scan patient appointments with financial quotes and insurance benefit information for easy scheduling and forward progress of patient journey for procedureFacilitate patient communication for their procedures, including insurance benefits/deposits, authorization status, out-of-pocket costs, finance options, and pre- and post-operative instructionsComfortable and confident in the art of influencing to assist patient to move forward Comfort with quoting and asking patients to proceed with procedures and treatments Cross train as a Medical Assistant and Patient Services RepresentativeWhat we're looking for in a
Care Coordinator:
Best in Class Customer Engagement experience in a sale driven environmentExperience with treatment outcomes and sales model Sales aptitude and orientation to overcome barriers or hesitationsMaster influencer with unstoppable mindset and is exceptionally drivenAbility to manage cost conversations with patients is requiredExperience with insurance and out-of-pocket patient responsibility preferredHigh comfort level with medical terminology and comfortable with collaboration with MDsExcellent skills in ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention-to-detail and accuracy in workStrong professional presence and business acumen, excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, and organizational agilityOutstanding verbal communicator and active listener with strong emotional acumen Excellent time management skills, including ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction, anticipating needs and planning accordingly, taking initiative to organize and prioritize responsibilities and tasks to meet deadlinesExcellent skills in typical office applications, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelPerform and understand basic math functions, including adding, subtracting, calculating percentages that would be typical in insurance payment settingsWhy you should choose
