WAREHOUSE DUTIES

· Lift boxes up to 40lbs
This position may ultimately require one to manage customer and vendor communication as well as production of all orders. Good communication with customers, warehouse and management is imperative on a daily basis. The Administrative/Site Specialist will need the ability to track and monitor all orders using Quickbooks and FedEx online shipping and all tracking logs provided.

This position is the first position posted at our Rapid City Location. Warehouse/Administrative Associate must be willing to partake in ALL aspects of the sales process from taking orders to packing, shipping and billing. Teamwork is an important quality on all projects. The Warehouse/Administrative Associate, as all employees, should show support for other departments when help is needed. This includes, but is not limited to, learning new skills not related to your own, helping co-workers when deadlines are imminent, showing regard to other team member's emotional or physical state. It will be necessary for this individual to be trained in warehouse work first as it is imperative that they are familiar with the product and procedures and do not shy from manual work.
Successful candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the overall customer experience. This position is crucial for maintaining a culture of superior customer service. Accordingly, we are looking for someone with a high level of empathy who is self-motivated, has a great attitude, and can consistently perform at the highest level with minimal supervision.

The multi-faceted role works across the organization operating with integrity and accountability, attending to the administrative needs of executive leads and staff members, and providing the highest level of satisfaction to clients and business associates.
Due to his/her involvement in matters related to their responsibilities as Warehouse/Administrative Associate this person will be required to communicate frequently with the owners and all other office staff.
COMPENSATION:
· $16-$20/ hour starting depending on experience.
