    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Team Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of a team within a program. The team supervisor oversees and supports staff to provide quality services to meet the needs of the clients and programmatic outcomes/deliverables. Duties and responsibilities include upholding organizational and programmatic standards, providing individual supervision and team meetings, reviewing and approving timecards, and providing trainings. The team supervisor may also work directly with clients.

    ABOUT THE JOB

    • Direct supervision of all program staff, and the assignment of tasks and adjustment of ongoing assignments relative to programmatic needs.
    • Assist in crisis management needs
    • Supervise within residential facility of 145+ residents
    • Work with homeless populations
    • Assist with facility needs like serving meals, housekeeping duties, general needs of residents

    Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5pm
