- Prepare and review federal and state income tax
- Assist with tax research and planning
- Review tax provisions under ASC 740 (FAS109) and FIN18
- Maintain various internal tax reports
- Various related duties as required
- Bachelors degree in accounting (Masters in tax preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant a plus
- 2-3+ years of related experience
- Experience with a large tax software package
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
