Position Overview
Independent Insurance Agency located in Hickory, NC is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
Providing positive, friendly, professional customer service.
Answering calls and handling policy service questions, payments, etc.
Calling clients or insurance companies to resolve service-related tasks, respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
COMPENSATION:
Base with potential for bonus
Paid time off (holiday's, vacation/sick days)
Benefit: 35.5hrs/week (This allows you to leave at 1pm on Tuesdays and 4pm on Fridays)
