Job Description
Join Notre Dame Human Resources (
NDHR) as the Program Director for Storytelling and Strategic Initiatives and be at the forefront of telling NDHRs story and transforming the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Compelling Storytelling:
Drive NDHRs storytelling by strategically crafting communication campaigns and narratives that make NDHRs communications, programs, and services more engaging and accessible.
Collaborate with content owners on communication plans for key initiatives, events, and changes.Engaging Internal Communications:
Oversee NDHRs internal communications with clarity and timeliness. Manage channels such as the
NDHR
newsletter, intranet, and staff meetings to ensure teams feel informed and engaged, fostering a vibrant and connected
NDHR
community.
Strategic Project Leadership:
Drive cross-functional teams to lead projects and achieve NDHRs mission. Define clear project objectives, scope, and deliverables to drive impactful outcomes. Utilize innovative approaches to solve challenges. Work with stakeholders and strengthen campus partnerships to drive toward the best possible solution.
Change Catalyst:
Implement strategies to ensure lasting project impact and adoption of changes. Lead communication efforts to create smooth transitions and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience with project management, change management, and process improvement
7+ years experience in communications, storytelling, content creation, and multimedia platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to indirectly lead teams and influence others
