    Consolidated Machine and Welding is looking for *Manufacturing Specialist *at our Hannibal, MO location. *$25/hour.


    What You'll Do:

    • Provide assistance to improve production procedures, processes and controls. Conduct product and process analysis for quality improvement, cost reduction and enhanced efficiency.
    • Conduct research, design, and development of all manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly procedures and production equipment.
    • Manage, train, guide, and develop subordinate manufacturing detail personnel.
    • Design, develop, and test cost-justifying machinery, tools and equipment for suggested manufacturing methods.
    • Represent Manufacturing or Production on cross-functional teams.
    • Support Operations Manager to identify, install and initiate manufacturing and packaging equipment.
    • Work within MieTrak (MRP) system to create parts, routers, and work orders.
    • Work with Maintenance to develop equipment PMs and tech support for the equipment.
    • Develop and present metrics and trending reports on corrective actions as well as deviations.
    • Work within the FTO and ECO process; get new and existing customer parts through the processes.
    • Create part models, drawings, and assemblies in SolidWorks. Aid in designing fixtures for welding, machining, and assemblies.
    • Work with Sales, Engineering, and vendors on tooling requirements and needs.
    • Form department details. Assist in scheduling press brake department work orders.
    • Use Amada 3i Bend and MasteBendCAM software. Perform offline and online programming of press brakes and panel benders.
    • Perform safety and operation training for press brake department.

    What You'll Need:

    • 5-10 years of manufacturing experience.
    • Associate degree or higher preferred.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
    • Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
    • Good information technology skills.
    • Commercial awareness.
    • Extensive knowledge of various equipment related to manufacturing processes. Able operate, set up, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
