We are looking for fun, energetic people to join our Aquatic Educator Team.
DolFUN SWIM Academy is an internationally acclaimed swim academy, making a difference in creating safer swimmers for a lifetime.
We believe life is a gift. We teach how to be safer in, out, around, and under the water. We love having fun and learning through experience, discovery, and play. Our joyful enthusiasm is contagious. We strive to keep learning and making a better swimming experience for our swimmers, their families, and our aquatic educators. Our DolFUN team is curious, analytical, adaptable, motivated, communicative, detail-oriented, and humble. We engage in how and why the water operates for each individual so that they build skills to know how to move through the water.
Why Choose Swim?
Currently looking for part-time Aquatic Educators available to commit to a minimum of 8 hours/ week on Monday/ Thursday between 2-8 p.m. Schedule to be set collaboratively with candidate. Must also be available for monthly training one Wednesday evening/ month. Additional afternoons possible as we grow.

As a swim instructor you are responsible for the safety of each class and teaching swim skills to students using our curriculum. You will work to build water confidence within your students, encouraging each student to rise to the best of their abilities. We have a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for someone who loves teaching and being around water. We offer paid training. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a part-time position scheduled for weekday afternoon/ evenings.
Responsibilities:
Training pay: $15.95
Age 18+ preferred
