- 4-year engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering) or upcoming/recent graduates with relevant internship experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Experience in a testing environment with the ability to execute tests
- Knowledge of heavy-duty/off-road equipment, such as agricultural machinery
- Project management experience, including planning and execution
- Experience with mechanical or electrical systems
- Industry product development experience and familiarity with development processes
- Proficiency in using digital data acquisition systems and various sensors (thermocouples, strain gauges, pressure sensors)
- Understanding of statistics or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with commercial mowers, riding mowers, golf course maintenance equipment, or tractors
- Execute test plans for product verification and validation effectively
- Prepare tests or test stands for upcoming evaluations
- Collect test data diligently, review it critically, and report results accurately
