We Are Hiring for Personnel Supervisor IThe Department of State Hospitals – Coalinga is now accepting applications for a Full-Time, Limited Term Personnel Supervisor I positions. This vacancy is in the Personnel Department under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (Transactions/Class & Pay Manager) and is responsible for providing supervision and direction to Personnel Specialists and performing personnel and transactions functions.

Working Conditions
Report to work on time and follow procedures for reporting absences. Maintain professional appearance and cooperative, professional, and effective interactions with employees, patients, clients, and the public. The work entails routinely encountering clients and interacting with staff throughout the facility, thus requiring sensitivity and a tolerant demeanor. The employee is required to work any shift, schedule in various settings throughout the hospital, and may be required to work overtime and float to other work locations as determined by operational needs.
Special Requirements
