- Prepare work areas for the day's activities.
- Read and follow process documents (bill of materials, shipping instructions, etc..).
- Core responsibilities will be assembly, running certain pieces of printing equipment and coordinating with Operations to configure, stage and kit products per requirements.
- Keep areas clean and organized to ensure proper delivery and accurate orders.
- Pack and ship boxes for delivery. Utilize shipper website tools for shipping.
- Inspect and confirm accuracy of shipments.
- Unload, load and unpack boxes.
- Work in Netsuite, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams systems to support daily activities.
- Keep sales reps up to date with timing, delays, delivery, etc.
- Execute additional warehouse activities including receiving, seed stock process flow, picking items, processing items, cycle counts, inventory process, 5S compliance and inventory disposal.
- Source spare parts or accessories as directed or required.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in the Packaging and Label is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures.
- The ability to work and interact effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to plan, schedule and monitor multiple concurrent tasks to meet agreed deliverables and deadlines.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, follow directions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to react quickly, adjust, adapt, and redirect activities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
