Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for leading the Operations Team of assigned Value Stream.

This position will provide technical leadership for the continuous operation of the value stream manufacturing process as well as collaborate with the plants engineering and maintenance functions that support the operation.

What you'll do:

• Responsible at all times for promoting a safety culture and safety awareness within their area of responsibility. Support and enforce all plant safety policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
• Responsible at all times for ensuring that tasks are performed according to food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and supervise the assigned department.
