Description:

This person will be responsible for general facilities maintenance and repairs of local Apartments.

This includes but is not limited to:

-Light Electrical work such as replacing light bulbs, ballasts, and switches, and outlets.

-Light Plumbing work such as unclogging drains, toilets, and replacing fixtures.

-Basic painting touch ups.

-Replacing carpet.

-Misc. facilities maintenance duties.

-Turning over office units.

-May be required to perform general cleaning such as sweeping and mopping in down time.

Any work that is too complex will be contracted out to a 3rd party electrical, HVAC, or plumbing service.
