- Provide electrical and controls support to maintenance and operations to maintain production
- Offer after-hours on-call support on a rotating monthly schedule
- Develop and execute electrical and controls scope for capital projects in coordination with engineering teams
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to resolve recurring issues
- Coordinate control systems software upgrades
- Direct external electrical and automation contractors ensuring quality work
- Perform application development and contribute to plant capital projects as needed
- Provide PLC and HMI/SCADA software/hardware support to maintenance staff
- Assist in developing the plant's long-term electrical and control infrastructure direction
- Associate's Degree in a technical discipline required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PLC and HMI software development and troubleshooting
- Experience coordinating with local staff engineers and corporate engineering for project execution
- Proven ability to direct outside contractors effectively
