We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in Riverbank, CA. As an LMFT, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to students across the entire school district, serving grades K-12 as needed. This is an onsite/in-person position that offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and their families.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of students.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to develop and implement intervention strategies and support plans for students.
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational or clinical setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to travel between school sites within the district as needed.
