    ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented oriented
    Procurement/ Logistics Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Manage and coordinate procurement purchases working directly with the government customers and vendors.
    • Create required government purchase documentation. IGCE's, JA's, preparing BOMs.
    • Maintain working relationship with vendors/manufacturers.
    • Solicit quotes/product information from vendors/manufacturers.
    • Communicate frequently with co-workers, management, vendors, and government customers exchanging accurate information.
    • Review/approve quotes for all procurement purchase for accuracy working closely with the vendors and the government.
    • Support Program team to obtain information on new equipment.
    • Track estimated delivery of procurement.
    • Work closely with Warehouse on all deliveries for accountability and resolve any delivery issues.
    • Management and control of Government property for our customer, providing the appropriate inventory and property accountability control necessary to precisely track 100% of the customer's inventory.
    • Creating, updating, and implementing logistics support Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which detail the specifics of proper asset management and inventory control.
    • Verify and validate accuracy of property management record in the CORE IMS database as well as ServiceNow.
    • Familiarity with industries and government logistics and property accountability manuals Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), regulations, and directives.
    • Conducting periodic inventory sampling of accountable property to assure sound inventory control measures are in place.
    • Maintain detailed accounting of all temporary and permanent transfers of government property using applicable documentation and customer directives and instructions.
    • Shipping and receiving equipment in support of customer operations complying with existing procedures, instructions, and directives.
    • Recommend and execute strategies to address audit findings.
    • Able to review a broad range of complex inventory records and requirements; track, report and develop recommendations; interface with subcontractors and customers to ensure requirements are satisfied.
    • Detail oriented and organized; able to understand complex inventory control and tracking requirements; ensure accuracy.
    • Strong ability to identify issues, risks, concerns and develop course of action to mitigate the issue and alleviate recurrence.
    • Proficient in the use of the MS Office family of products, email, and government logistics practices.
    • Good understanding of Federal procurement regulations (FAR and FAM).

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 2 years of purchasing and logistics experience.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Must be able to travel at least 25%.
    • ServiceNow experience.
    • PeopleSoft SPRO proficient.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
    • Experience in customer service.

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    • Must have active interim Secret clearance or above to start.

    Physical Requirements:

    • The person in this position needs to be able to move about inside an office environment to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
    • The person in this position will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.
    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange effective and accurate information in these situations.
    • The person in this position may be required to remain in vertical stationary position for up to 50% of the time to deliver presentations.
